Scargill Altar

A Roman altar from a rectangular shrine in Scargill. It reads (in Latin) 'To the god Vinotonus Silvanus, Julius Secondus centurion of the 1st cohort of Thracians gladly willingly and deservedly fulfilled his vow.' It is very faded and difficult to read.
