The cover is surmounted with a 3 dimensional cross. There are faint traces of letters on the interior of the base rim
Marks: 3/4 stamps on edge of base, very faded. 3 stamps on edge of bowl: a shield with blazon surrounded by stars; a comet or tail of a bird; head and shoulders of a bishop in mitre with crozier, seen frontally
