Polonaise Dress, with Princess style tunic and skirt

Two piece skirt and dress of white and green striped cotton.
Full skirt with a train trimmed with vertical and horizontal bands of green. Very deep hem. Long sleeved, high necked dress to match. Plain green sleeves and yoke. Sleeves trimmed with striped material. Buttoning in front almost to the hem with buttons. Two frills around the hem.
