Pair of oak brackets with side slots and flat top indicating supporting role, possibly as part of a fire-place. Carved with a lion's head in the upper half and acanthus leaves, two fruit (pears) and a single bunch of grapes below. There is some stippling on the lion's mask and and the fruit.
Size: Length: 29.7 cm; Width 6.8 cm (approx.).
