Ironing Board

A wooden polychrome ironing board, with the handle in the form of a mermaid. The background is decorated with flowers, leaves and a bird; there is a border of stylised leaves. On a flat panel under the handle are the painted initials R.N. plus the date 1-90. The second digit of the date has been scratched out. It may read "1690".
