Rectangular plaque with canted edged with gadrooning and surrounded by a triangular section pierced with a hole and painted with a human face. The centre with a slightly raised panel of rectangular form with canted corners. Decorated overall with a hunting scene depicting a man and two hounds in a landscape painted in blue. The gadrooning painted over with a broad blue band.
