Shakespeare wearing fanciful Van Dyke costume, is leaning against a plinth, which are on it, a pile of books and a written scroll. The plinth is decorated around the base with heads of characters from his works. This model is taken from the original by Joseph Nollekens in Westminster Abbey. Size: Height: 28.5 cm.
