Jardiniere
The jardiniere is of cup shape form, moulded just below the lip rim with a border in relief of the 'Greek Key' pattern, which is intersected at four points by grotesque Chinese masks, from the mouths of which depend rings forming imitation handles. All are moulded in relief. Decorated with chinoiseries transfer printed in underglaze blue heightened in pink, yellow and gold, against a duck egg blue ground. Size: Height: 43 cm.
