Circular. The centre with incised decoration with a representation of Christ on the cross and two panels of inscription one of which reads: Tantum Ergo Sacramentum. The other reads: Overa Digna Hostia. Decorated in various colours - cream, brownish-red, and green slip on brownish-red earthenware.
