Tureen and Cover

Heart shaped form with vertical sides and shallow domed cover surmounted by a circular knob. It is decorated with roundels of scrollwork, bold gadrooning, and the cover which is moulded and applied with hearts, fleurs de lis, a bird and floral roundals. Both dish and cover are glazed overall with mottled brownish-purple, the inside of both glazed green.
