Watch in the form of a Harp
Form watch, as a miniature harp, of gilt metal, with panels of enamel, showing classical figures and putti, on a white ground, with some "jewelling", the main upright of the harp of white hardstone, the strings of gilt wire. The watch movement is contained within the circular base of the harp, raised on three small gilt-metal feet. The dial is of white enamel with black enamel arabic hour numerals. The hands are of Breguet form. The watch is wound from the front. The movement shows a pierced and engraved cock and silvered regulator dial.
