Stool

Oak framed stool in the Renaissance style. The seat is sprung and upholstered in red rep, with brass headed nails. From lists of items sent of the Museum from Streatlam Castle after John Bowes' death in 1885, this appears to have been made for the billiard room, with the chairs FW.291.
