Lacquer Cabinet - Interior

The doors of this cabinet are lacquered inside with trees and birds, on a black ground powdered with gold. They cover a bank of ten long and short drawers, the fronts lacquered with flowers and a chevron edge and set with brass loop handles. The bottom corner drawers bear chased brass lock-plates.
