Wall Bracket

Part of a pair of carved and gilded pine wood brackets, gilded over a yellow ground, the shaped, three-lobed shelf of each (with a cavetto moulded underside), supported by a gilded batten behind a free-standing, angled, carved bow, with three loops around a central knot. The shelf of each is covered in crimson velveteen. The brackets are identical, not a mirrored pair.
