Heavy clear glass, the base deeply cut into a star shape with cerise stained triangles stem cut in heavy slices lengthways, the bowl has three raised oval panels stained cerise with an engraving of a stag, a hound and the initials J.B. - it seems possible that this was made of John Bowes to his order.
