Iron casting of a late 17th century escutcheon is pierced with keyhole and with etched folial scrolling and strapwork. The door-plate has four nail holes, and incorporated in the strapwork, beneath the pierced keyhole, is an appliqu,0020four-petalled flower. Size: Length: 26.5 cm. Breadth: 8.5 cm.
