Upright Grand Piano
Upright grand piano by Stodart, on detachable stand, in mahogany with ebony stringing, the fascia board veneered in satinwood, and inscribed with the maker’s name and date. The stand is of pine, veneered in mahogany and stringed with ebony. Above this, on the front, hang the remains of the original top drapery, on each door a central swag between two draping side pieces, the fabric edged with dark brown or black plain fringe. The detachable keyboard cover is of mahogany double-stringed in ebony with outset corners, set with turned knob handles in sycamore.
