This talk by The Museum’s Curator of Ceramics, Howard Coutts, will look at the way in which the traditional English dinner developed, with the division of the meal into courses, the use of specialised ceramics and silver for particular foods or courses, and the development of
the dinner service. Followed by tea and scones.
