Royal Sugar Sculpture

An elaborate recreation of early 19th century ceremonial table setting, using a unique set of moulds being bought by the Museum – created by Ivan Day and Peter Brears. Also examples of 16th, 17th and 18th century sugarpaste sculpture and table settings. Plus large display of modern sugarcraft – exhibits chosen via competition in Cakes & Sugarcraft magazine.
