The Bowes Museum has a workforce of approximately 70 employees and over 100 volunteers, all of whom come from varying backgrounds and offer the Museum a diverse range of knowledge and skills. Enterprises Manager

Responsible for Catering, Retail and Events Departments, Full Time 37hrs (including some weekends and evenings), Salary £28,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience.

The role of Enterprises Manager is an exciting and challenging position heading The Bowes Museum (Enterprises) Ltd.

This commercial operation generates income for the Museum via its catering, retail, and events departments. The Enterprises Manager is responsible for development and strategy, driving revenue growth and profitability, financial management and day-to-day operations.
