The interior of the Museum is a centre of activity for families, with a summer exhibition, a packed programme of school holiday events, summer club, fun activity trails, traditional games, colouring activities and our exclusive family explorer backpacks. 

The Museum grounds are also a rich and diverse environment, with family-friendly orienteering, nature trails, a dedicated play park and a picnic area.

You are able to enjoy the hugely popular Norman Cornish: The Definitive Collection, Pre-Raphaelite Knights: Reinventing the Medieval World and blimey! Lucretia exhibitions as well as an exciting programme of family workshops throughout the summer holidays.
