Once upon a time, there was you, your textile and your story. From Granny’s old teddy to your child’s christening robe, textiles hold memories for us all. Come and tell us about the textiles that are important to you, and record your special stories about them. Bring along your cherished textile to this relaxed and informal story sharing day, or just come and have a chat with Museum conservator Cecilia about the beauty of textiles.
Singing for the Brain sessions use singing to bring people living with dementia together in a friendly and stimulating way. In this session, we will explore the current LEGO® exhibition together before enjoying some refreshments and a themed singalong.
